1 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns
16 oz sour cream
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c butter
1/2 c chopped onions
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter. In a bowl stir together soup, butter, sour cream and onion. Pour soup mix evenly over hashbrowns. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 45 min or til done.
