Basic Beer Mop (passthesushi)

12 oz beer
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c water
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Wild Willy’s Number One-derful Rub

In a saucepan, combine all mop ingredients over low heat and let simmer for 20 min. Strain into a squirt bottle or bowl to use for basting.
