Wild Willy’s Number One-derful Rub (passthesushi)

3/4 c paprika
1/4 c ground black pepper
1/4 c coarse salt
1/4 c sugar
2 T garlic powder
2 T onion powder
2 t cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a resealable container, like Tupperware. To avoid contamination, or wasted spices, spoon out what you need before coating anything and reseal to insure no utensils that have touched raw meat mingle with your spice reserve.
