Cracker Barrel Pecan Pancakes

2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 tbsp Sugar
2 c buttermilk
1 egg
chopped pecans

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, Add in the buttermilk and combine, Add in the egg and mix until just combined. Pour baking mix onto a hot griddle, add chopped pecans to the batter prior to flipping the pancakes. Flip the pancakes when the bottoms are golden brown.
