Death by Chocolate Magic Bars with Wicked Fudge Sauce

1 1/2 c chocolate cookie crumbs (or crushed chocolate wafers)
1/2 c melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c milk chocolate chips
1/3 c white chocolate chunks or white chocolate chips
Wicked Fudge Sauce (opt)

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper allowing it to hang over the edges. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Combine sweetened condensed Milk and cocoa powder and pour over cookie crumbs. Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk and white chocolate. Bake 25 min. Let cool completely and cut into squares. Top with fudge sauce.

Wicked Fudge Sauce

1 1/2 c half & half
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
3 T butter
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 c chocolate chips

Heat half & half and brown sugar over medium heat until brown sugar has dissolved and tiny bubbles start to form on the edges. Stir in butter until melted and turn off heat. Add chocolate chips and do not stir, let sit 2 – 3 min. Whisk chocolate chips until smooth, stir in vanilla and serve warm or cool. Store in the fridge up to 10 days. Reheat it on low power in the microwave if desired.
