Chocolate Potato Chip Pie (cupcakeproject)

 

1 double recipe of Potato Chip Pie Crust
2 10 oz pkgs dark chocolate chips
salted caramel, to taste

 

Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange the first half of the potato chip pie crust in the pie pan per the pie crust instructions. Pour one bag of chocolate chips on top of the crust. Spread the second half of the potato chip pie crust out over the chocolate chips. Pour the second bag of chocolate chips on top of the second layer of potato chip crust. Pour any extra liquid from the potato chip crust over the chocolate chips. Bake for 35 min. When cool, drizzle with salted caramel. Makes 1 9″ pie.
