Puffed Pancake Brunch Casserole (bettycrocker)

2 c butter
2 c milk
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg precooked bacon, chopped
1/4 t salt
2 c Bisquick
8 eggs
1 1/2 c cubed cooked ham
2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 t ground mustard
dash ground nutmeg

Heat oven to 375° F. Spray 13 x 9” glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place butter in dish; place in oven until melted, about 10 min. In medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, 1 c milk and 2 eggs with whisk until tiny lumps remain. Pour over butter in baking dish. Layer with Swiss cheese, ham, bacon and Cheddar cheese. In large bowl, mix remaining 1 c milk, remaining 6 eggs, the salt, mustard and nutmeg. Pour over casserole. Bake uncovered 35 – 40 min or until golden brown. Let stand 10 min before serving. Note: Can halve recipe and bake in 9 x 9” dish.
