Crock Pot Bourbon Chicken (keyingredient)

2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 T cornstarch
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 t ginger
3/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 c light apple juice
1/3 c light brown sugar
2 T ketchup or chili sauce
1 T cider vinegar
1/2 c water
1/3 c reduced sodium soy sauce

Whisk all ingredients into crock pot and add chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. May want to thicken sauce some.
