2 lb turkey (or any meat type)
1 crushed garlic clove
1 t honey
1 t ground black pepper
2 t onion powder
2 t salt
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 c red wine
1 T ground ginger
2 T soy sauce
5 T brown sugar
Mix ingredients and add meat. Cover and refrigerate for approx 12 – 18 hours. Uncover, take out and pat dry with paper towels. Cook at 175 F, turn meat after 3 hours and take out anywhere from 5 – 6 hours.
