1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding
1/4 c chocolate syrup
1 c chocolate chips
4 large eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1/2 c Kahlua
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease sides and bottom of a Bundt pan with shortening or oil spray and flour lightly (you can use cocoa powder). In a large bowl, mix ingredients together until well combined. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40 – 50 min. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While cake is still warm and in the pan, poke holes with a fork. Pour topping over cake. Cool completely then turn out onto a platter or cake plate. Pour Ganache over top of cake.
3/4 c strong coffee, brewed
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c Kahlua
2 T butter
In a small saucepan, melt butter, sugar and Kahlua. Stir well. Add coffee.
1/2 c heavy cream
1 c good dark chocolate, chopped
In a double boiler, melt together heavy cream and chocolate. Stir until fully melted and glossy.
