Peach Cobbler Bread (mostlyhomemademom)

3 c Bob’s Red Mill Organic All Purpose Flour
2 c sugar
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 c oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla
3, 15 oz cans peach chunks, well drained
1 c powdered sugar
2 T milk

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. While on low speed, add in oil, eggs and vanilla. Gently stir in drained peaches with a wooden spoon. Divide batter evenly between 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 50 – 65 min or until a cake tester comes out almost clean. Cool completely on wire racks. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle glaze evenly over both loaves. Allow glaze to harden before slicing and serving.
