2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 stick of butter
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
shy 1/2 c flour (or 3/4 c if you double)
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Grease an 8 x 8 pan. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla, flour and salt. Bake for 40 min.
