30 Minute Miracle Rolls (instructables)

1 3/4 c warm water
1/2 c oil
1/4 c sugar
3 T dry active yeast
2 eggs
1 t salt
5 1/2 – 6 c flour

Preheat your oven to 400 F. In a bowl or mixer add water, oil sugar and yeast. Stir it up and let sit for 15 min. Then add these eggs, salt and flour. Mix about 2 min. The dough will still be slightly sticky. Roll them out and use a glass to cut the buns into sizes you like. Everyone likes their rolls rolled slightly different. You’ve got your basic dough, now roll them out. Let rise in pan for 10 min. Bake for 10 min or until golden brown. Makes about 40 rolls. Note: Can double recipe. Also you can freeze the dough and pull it out when you are ready to bake! Thaw overnight in fridge set it on the counter about 10 min before you are ready to roll out. Then roll, rise and bake! Use for pizza dough, pull apart bread and ham and cheese pockets.

Cinnamon Rolls: Just roll your dough flat. Spread butter, cinnamon and brown sugar all over it and then roll it into a long tube. Cut tube into 2″ pieces. Place on sheet or in bundt pan and rise and bake same as the rolls. Top with frosting.
